Petron Corp and Pilipinas Shell announced today that they are rolling back
the prices of their gasoline. The P1-per-liter rollback will take effect Wednesday midnight.
I don't know on what to react, maybe my question is, why P1-per-liter ONLY?
More Oil Increase, Less Traffic.
